Kaatje Beugeltas was a daughter of Isaac Meijer Beugeltas and Rebekka van Beek. She married 10 August 1892 in Amsterdam to Haim Lelie, a son of Abraham Wolf Lelie and Leentje Groente. The couple had seven children in total, of whom a twin died in 1903, only 2 weeks old. The other five children were Isaac, Abraham, Leentje, Rebecca and Mietje. They have been killed during the Holocaust.
Haim Lelie passed away on 3 May 1924 and was iterred in the Jewish Cemetery in Diemen.
Since 8 March 1941, Kaatje Beugeltas lived in at the address of her daughter Leentje Lelie and her husband Mozes Lootsteen.
