Flora Schram is mentioned in a letter of Serlina Ensel, presumably written circa 24 September 1942, from Westerbork to her sister in Amsterdam:
"Nu Fam. Lam daar was ik erg van geschrokken. Condeleer ze maar van mijn. Zielig voor dat oude mensch. Weet ze er iets van, dat zal wel hè. Doe ze maar de groeten en wensch ze beste." (The Lam family, I was very shocked because of that. Give them my condolances. Very sorry for that old woman. Does she know about it, she probably does. Give them my regards and wish them all the best).

Flora Schram, widow of Isaac Lam, died on 10 April 1943 in Westerbork transit camp and she was cremated on 15 April 1943. The urn with her ashes was placed on the Jewish cemetry in Muiderberg on field U, row 76, grave nr. 48.
