Rebecca Aap was a daughter of Jacob Andries Aap and Dina Post. She married 1 April 1936 in Hilversum Jacob Presser, a son of Isaac Presser and Klaartje van Bergen from Weesp. 8 July 1937 their daughter Klaartje was born. However, her husband, belonging to the "Frebruary group" was already arrested in 1941 and sent to Mauthausen, where he was killed on 12 September 1941.
Rebecca Aap remarried then 5 August 1942 to Elias Trijtel, a son of Samuel Trijtel and Eva Vischjager. On 24 October 1942 their daughter Elleke was born. Rebecca, as well her daughter Elleke have been killed in Sobibor on 2 April 1943. Her husband Elias Trijtel lost his life on 3 March 1945 in camp Gross Rosen.
