Abraham Isaac was a son of Eliazer Isaac and Esther Blok. He married in Amsterdam on 20 October 1897 to Regina Son, daughter of Simon Wolf Son and Lea Nunes Vaz. The couple had four children: Alice (born in London), Simon, Esther and Willem. Per 2 February 1905 the name of his wife was removed from the municipal register of Amsterdam as she became a resident of the "Apeldoornse Bos".
Since 27 November 1933 Abraham Isaac lived as lodger in the boarding-house of Betje Bleekveld who was registered as lodging-house keeper at Staalstaat 22 II.
