Esther van der Hoeden was a daughter of Simson van der Hoeden (who passed away in 1927) and Jansje Fortuijn.

The mayor of Zevenaar requested that Esther Goud-van der Hoeden be located, detained and brought to trial. She lived at 191 District A in Zevenaar. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence some time ago without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
