Jacob Moscoviter was the son of Salomon Moscoviter and Rebekka Denneboom. He married Klaartje Worms in Amsterdam in 1912. The couple had six children: Hartog, Margaretha (died at a young age), Elise Henriëtte (also known as Liesje) and three children who survived the war.
