Johanna de Leeuw was a daughter of Eliazer de Leeuw and Ester de Jong. She had another brother Abraham and three other sisters: Vogeltje, Aaltje and Roosje.
Johanna married on 2 September 1891 in Amsterdam to Jacob Isaac, son of Eliazar Isaac and Esther Blok.
