Louis Lopes Salzedo was a son of Samuel Lopes Salzedo and Eva Pachter. He was married to Rachel Kan. The couple lived at 21 Danie Theronstraat, ground floor, in Amsterdam. Louis Lopes Salzedo and Rachel Kan had three daughters: Esther (she married Joseph Wertheim, born in Amsterdam on 19 June 1923), Eva and Klara.
