Philippus Levie (known as Philip) was a son of Levie Philippus Levie and Sara Cohen. He married Hendrika Hoogstraal in Groningen on 21 January 1927. He was a cattle dealer. He purchased cows on Flakkee and sold them on the market in Rotterdam.
