Felix Wolff and his family

Felix Wolff was a merchant. He was married to Margaretha Leopoldine Wolitzer. The couple had an unmarried daughter, Erika. They were among the first to flee Germany. In June 1933, they arrived from Berlin and settled in Amersfoort, at 12 Van Houtenlaan.

The Police Commissioner of Amersfoort requested that Felix Wolff, merchant, and Margaretha Leopoldine Wolff-Wolitzer be located, detained and brought to trial. They were displaced and in possession of resident permits no. 32671 and 32672 respectively. They had been living in Amersfoort. They were suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
