Bertha Louisa Seyffers married on 7th June 1931 in Amsterdam. After their marriage the couple lived at the Weteringschans 225. Bertha Louisa and her husband were members of the New Synagogue at the J.D.Meyerplein.

We have been unable to determine whether one or more members of this family survived the war. While their names do not appear on the lists of survivors, we have not been able to trace them in In Memoriam either. They are therefore labeled as 'surviving' and their names are not listed.
In addition, a Jokos file (number 5705) on this family is at the Amsterdam Municipal Archive. Access is subject to authorization from the Stichting Joods Maatschappelijk Werk.The Jokos file reveals that a claim was lodged for compensation for valuables surrendered to the Lippmann-Rosenthal looting bank (L-claim, number 7953/6848).
