Simon Dotsch was married to Bertha Minden. They were in hiding at Hotel De Golf in Goirle, where they took a room under the name Gosman. Following an anonymous tip, two members of the Kolonne Henneicke travelled to Goirle, where they arrested Simon Dotsch and his wife Bertha Minden.
