Meijer Juda and Leentje Snoek had three children. Two children survived the war.

Meijer Juda liked to sing and stimulated his three sons to learn to play an instrument (violin, piano and cello). To find a job during the crisis years he travelled several times to New York. Later he lost a leg and became disabled. During the war he went into hiding with a musicologist. Because of betrayal he and his host were caught. His wife Leentje had already passed away by that time. The youngest son Charles played the cello. He had gone into hiding on another address during the war. He was betrayed and caught as well. The Juda family is described by one of the surviving sons in his memoirs:
