Mozes Reens and his family

The Police Commissioner of Haarlem requested that Mozes Reens, his wife Henriëtte Reens-Barber and their children Sally Jaques and Mary Sophie be located, detained and brought to trial. They were all residents of Haarlem. They were suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Access is subject to authorization from the Stichting Joods Maatschappelijk Werk.The Jokos files reveal that a claim was lodged for compensation for valuables surrendered to the Lippmann-Rosenthal looting bank (L-claim, number 9891/8506).
