Aron de Vries and Grietje de Wilde had five children: Izak, Cato, Klara, Hanna and Benjamin. Izak was born on 23 December 1889 and died on 8 May 1936. Cato left Harlingen in 1926. She got married in The Hague to Aäron Toorenburg. Her sister Hanna was married in Winterswijk to a certain De Jong.
