Hermann Schrijver and his family

Hermann Schrijver got married on 6 March 1940. The couple lived in the Nieuwe Uilenburgerstraat 18 in Amsterdam. They never had children. Hermann Schrijver was picked up during the February raid. He had a few items of jewellery on him that were confiscated on his deportation. His wife survived the war.

Wife of Hermann Schrijver

Hermann Schrijver married Mietje "Miep" Veffer, daughter of Jacob Veffer. She was born in Amsterdam on May 9, 1912. She survived the war in hiding in Bussum. She married Louis de Jongh in Bussum on Sep 12, 1945. She and Louis emigrated to Toronto Canada. She died in Toronto on May 20, 1994.
