Using the search box at the top right of the page, you can search the entire site for any word. However, if you’re searching for an individual, it’s probably more efficient to use the advanced search function. Using the search box automatically takes you to the advanced search function, but you can also access it by clicking on the Search and find people button on the home page. The advanced search function allows you to search by first name, surname, date of birth and date of death.
Note: An individual’s address is not displayed on their personal page. To find where they lived, go to their family page, where the entire family and their address is displayed. To access an individual’s family page from their personal page, click on Family next to Member of.
