Biography

About Louis van Dijk and his family.

Louis van Dijk, butcher by trade, was a son of Heijman van Dijk and Klaartje Hoos. He married Rachel Tas in Amsterdam on 29 March 1922, a daughter of Eliazer Tas and Eva Lamon. In 1925 their daughter Klaartje was born.

Louis and Rachel went living after their wedding at Schiedijk 66 in Rotterdam. His wife Rachel Tas however passed away 15 January 1938 in the Jewish Hospital at Schietbaanlaan 42 in…
