Levie en Joseph Zwalf en Johanna Pampel

looking for contact

Door: Trudi Bos

I am working on a book about the history of the jewish inhabitants of Velsen and would like to come in contact with the son of Joseph Zwalf. I would like to hear the story of how Johanna Pamper and her son survived. They lived in IJmuiden on Zeeweg 80 rood in 1940.

The grandson of Levie Zwalf posted this message:
"I am Levie Zwalf's grandson. My father, Joseph Zwalf, escaped to England from Ijmuiden in April 1942 (Engelandvaarder). My grandmother survived the war, hidden under floorboards by brave gentile friends. My father married in Melbourne Australia in June 1943 Patricia Mary Charlton. I also have a brother, living in Melbourne, Australia, born in 1949.
I have a son and two daughters and four grandchildren."
