Honour Roll

A list of names of Dutch citizens who died as members of the resistance, in merchant service, in the army, in the navy or at service in the Dutch East Indies.

The Honour Roll of those who died in World War II comprises biographical data for approximately 18,000 Dutch people killed during the war in the Resistance, the navy, the army, the marines or the Dutch East Indies. The original Honour Roll is at the House of Representatives of the States General at the Binnenhof in The Hague. The NIOD has the Honour List forms containing more specific data. Mr. de Leeuw has used these forms to compile a database of those who died in the Resistance and the navy.
