Johanna Elburg was a daughter of Jacob Elburg and Elisabeth Zwelheim. She left on 2 November 1934 for Den Haag where she became a housekeeper in the Israëlitisch Oude Mannen-en Vrouwenhuis at the Daendelstraat 75. After the death of her mother she went to live with her father.
