Johanna Sanders was a daughter of Joseph Sanders and Antje Bouwman. She was married to Abraham Groen. He died in 1937. They owned a home furnishing business in the Utrechtse Schoutenstraat 12. The business was continued for a while after Abraham's death but closed before the war. They had six children.
