From 1923 till 1933 Annette Monasch was (c0-)owner of the Holland Typing Office, a translation and reproduction bureau. The bureau was first located at Nieuwendijk 162 and later at Damrak 44.

Monasch was soroptimist. Zij was, kort na de stichting van de Unie van Soroptimistclubs in 1928, initiatiefneemster tot de oprichting van De Soroptimist, het orgaan van de Nederlandse Soroptimistclubs.
Adres: Joh. Verhulststraat 27. Volgens haar gezinskaart was ze in 1937 enige tijd zonder vaste woon- of verblijfplaats. Ze woonde enige tijd bij haar broer in de Van Breestraat. Juni 1938 verhuisde…

Annette Monasch had op zeker moment een verhouding met de literatuurcriticus Victor van Vriesland. Tijdens een lange reis door Europa begin jaren twintig werd de dichter Leopold verliefd op haar.
