About Isidor Hermann Feiner

Hermann Feiner was a director. Before he emigrated to the Netherlands, in 1937, he was managing director of the Halle Revue. In Westerbork, he performed as an actor in the cabarets of september and october 1943.

His first name is Theodor. He lived at Landshuter Str. 18, 4th floor, in Berlin-Schöneberg before emigrating on 17.05.1938 to Holland. His daughter Ruth Feiner (30.07.1909 in Berlin, died 30.07.1955 in Switzerland) emigrated to the London in 1933. She was a writer and used the pen-name Peter Pertens. In het boek Strepen aan de Hemel van G.L. Durlacher staat beschreven hoe Hermann Feiner over de vloer kwam bij de familie Durlacher in Rotterdam. Later woonde hij, samen met de tante en de ouders van de schrijver en Hans Fleischmann in Apeldoorn, totdat zij thuis opgepakt werden op 2 oktober 1942.
