Janny Moffie was a friend of Veronica Delaville and she must be still alive. There is some information about Veronica in this book and it contains even several photos of her.

Frits en zijn neef Herman Verduin komen als resp. Rob en Leendert voor in het boek dat de vader van Frits, Bernard, schreef: Het begon op 10 mei (Amsterdam 1945). Dit beschrijft o.a. het onderbrengen van 'Rob' op de Kloveniersburgwal 91 bij Rinus en Greet Pelgrom ('Dirk en Riek van West'), een oud-radencommunistisch contact. Hier werd in maart 1944 een inval gedaan.

Bernard (also known as Bob) and Frits Verduin went into hiding, possibly at the psychiatric institution Apeldoornse Bos. They were arrested. Bernard was deported to Buchenwald, where he died shortly after the evacuation of the so called 'Kleine Lager'. The father and stepmother of the two brothers survived the war.

Frits Verduin is geboren op 13 februari 1923 aan de Reguliersgracht 55 in Amsterdam. Hij woonde daar met zijn vader Bernard Verduin, zijn moeder Betje Verduin-Hillesum en zijn broer Bernard (Bob). Zijn moeder overleed toen Frits nog maar twee jaar oud was. Bernard Verduin had een neon-lichtreclame fabriek. Rond september 1942 werd Frits Verduin als patiënt opgenomen in Apeldoorn.
