Mozes van Holland was the son of Abraham Berend van Holland and Rachel van Leer. he was married to Mietje de Horst, daughter of Israel de Horst and Hanna van Leer. Their mothers were sisters. The couple had one daugter: Rachel.
Bernard van Holland was an unmarried brother of Mozes, who lived at the same address. Another brother, Jakob, moved in with the family of his daughter in Zwolle in 1938.
