About Berend Polak

Berend Polak was married to Hillegonda Drilsma. They had three children: Paulina, Adam Eduard and Caroline. The family lived in the Deventerstraat 55 II in Apeldoorn.
Berend Polak was imprisoned in a labour camp. On 2 October 1942 the jews were taken out of the labour camps and brought to Westerbork. In the night of 2 to 3 October 1942 the familymembers were taken out of their house and brought to Westerbork. This happened also with the wife and the children of Berend Polak.
