As a young girl, Rosa Schlamowitz lived for some time with a family on Wethouder Venteweg in Gouda. She later spent varying periods of time in Ruinen, Amerongen, Amsterdam and Rotterdam before settling in Reeuwijk. She then left Reeuwijk and went to Rotterdam, where she lived at Erasmusstraat 64a for a while. She was arrested at this address and subsequently taken to Westerbork.
