Charlotte Weisz and her family were in Westerbork since 1940. Her mother 577045 and her brother 577046died in Auschwitz. Her father 577044 died during a death march. One brother and one sister of Charlotte survived the war.
On her birthday in 1943 Charlotte Weisz got a piece of bread from a member of the military police who had to guard camp Westerbork. He was punished for this action.
