The Police Commissioner of Baarn requested that Arie Rootveld, his wife Marianne Rootveld-Vuijsje and their son Abraham be located, detained and brought to trial. They were all Dutch citizens, residents of Baarn and suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization.
