Abraham Salomon Kannewasser

Abraham Salomon Kannewasser was a son of Salomon Aron Kannewasser and Jansje (Gittel) Leon Beek. He was born 18 May 1883 in Den Helder and worked in various jobs; he was a cook, a bread baker and his latest was as vendor at the street market of occasional goods.

Abraham Salomon Kannewasser married for the first time in 1910 in Amsterdam. He had a son Salomon Isidore from that marriage. The marriage was dissolved in 1918 by a divorce. Abraham Salomon Kannewasser remarried Betje Polak in 1921 in Zaandam. The marriage was dissolved by a divorce in 1925. From the end of 1940 the former husband and wife lived on the same address again.
