Leentje Polak was a daughter of Meijer Polak and Mietje Vischjager. She married 17 September 1919 in Amsterdam Salomon Binger, a son of Gerard Binger and Abigael de Jong. The couple had two children.
Leentje had five other siblings, of whom one baby-brother has died in 1902, only ten months old. The others, Aaltje, Klaartje, Raatje en Anna, have been killed all in the Shoah.
