David Gans

David is een zoon van Moses Gans en Hanna Ritmeester. Hij trouwde 31 juli 1901 met Esther Lisser (21 jaar), dochter van Markus Salomon Lisser en Kaatje Nathan Sluijs.

David Gans and Esther Lisser had eleven children. Four of them survived the war. The other seven and their partners died, as did twenty-four grandchildren. One of their descendants wrote this poem in their memory:
