In addition, a Jokos file (number 2662) on this family is at the Amsterdam Municipal Archive. Access is subject to authorization from the Stichting Joods Maatschappelijk Werk.The Jokos file reveals that a claim was lodged for compensation for valuables surrendered to the Lippmann-Rosenthal looting bank (L-claim, number 11593/20379).

Gezin Stoppelman

Het gezin Stoppelman verhuisde in februari 1943 van Groningen naar Amsterdam. Aldaar betrokken zij een woning aan de Retiefstraat. Het gezin is opgepakt op de grote razzia van 20 juni 1943, en op transport gesteld naar Westerbork. Om onbekende redenen keert het gezin op 17 juli 1943 terug naar Amsterdam, maar worden op 24 juli wederom opgepakt en naar Westerbork gezonden. Op 3 maart 1944 wordt het…
