Het huis van de familie Boomstra in Zuidbroek. In Zuidbroek woonde de gemeente ambtenaar Salomon Boomstra, getrouwd met Jansje Boomstra- van  der Wijk. Zij hadden een zoontje Komprecht Lion en woonden aan de Nieuwe Weg 32a, nu Klaas Woltjerweg.
