Rachel Polack was a daughter of Charles Polack and Rosetta van Lier. 22 October 1884 she married Leon Ezechiel Kok in Rotterdam, a son of Josephus Kok and Claartje Salomon van Gelder. Her husband however passed away in Rotterdam 21 October 1934 and was interred in the Jewish Cemetery Toepad in Rotterdam.
