Eva Lefebre

Eva was a German refugee. She arrived in the Netherlands in January 1939, with a Kindertransport. After that she lived in the Achterklooster in Rotterdam, Driebergen (Huize Kraaijbeek), Oostelijke Handelskade 12 in Amsterdam, and then with three different families in Amsterdam.
Her father was a salesman: his name was Samuel but he passed away before 1939. Her mother, Alma Neuburger, born in 1888 in Steinheim. She stayed in Germany and was deported to Terezin in the summer of 1942 and from there to Auschwitz.
