The painter Gras Heyen was in fact an artist who used more techniques an was excellent as a printer. The painting of his Bella whom he never could forget was just shown at JHM, please publish it here.
When Heyen asked me somewhere around 1982 to look for the exact date and place of Bella's death, I did and got permission, which at that time was quite difficult to visit the Rode Kruis archives. I found the date and phoned Gras, he then sighed, please do not tell me I cannot bear that emotion.
