About Aäron van Coevorden

Aäron van Coevorden attended the Hogere Textielschool (institute for textile studies) in Enschede. After the summer holidays in 1941, Jews were not allowed to return to the school. In the hall of the former Hogere Textielschool on the Ariënsplein a plaque lists the names of the students, teachers and former students who perished in the war. Aäron van Coevorden is among them.

Aäron van Coevorden was a sergeant in the reserve army. He was caught helping people to cross the border.
