Walther Andriesse worked as a representative for a paper factory. On 9 March 1935 he moved from Gennep to Winterswijk. Almost a year later, on 6 March 1936, he returned. After a couple of months, on 5 September 1936, he moved back to Winterswijk, to the address Weurden 66. On 9 July 1940 Walther Andriesse moved to Amsterdam, to the Korte Leidsedwarsstraat 64hs. Not long afterwards, on 28 December 1940, he moved back in with his family in Gennep.
