Salomon Jonas Heiman Frankenhuis and his family

Salomon Jonas Heiman Frankenhuis was married to his cousin Johanna Falkenstein. They had five children: two sons (Jonas and Jacob) and three daughters (Julia, Henriëtte - known as Jetje - and Betsie). The family lived in Haaksbergen, where Salomon and his brother Jacob Frankenhuis ran a butcher shop on the Blankenburgerstraat. In 1927 the house had been converted to a combined butcher shop and res…
