Eugen Pinto was the son of Bernard Pinto. Eugen probably fled Germany because of the Nazi regime. On 5 September 1938, he registered with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in Waalwijk. He was a manufacturer of braces. On 31 August 1942, Eugen was placed on a transport to Poland with five other Jews from Waalwijk.
