Description of the document
The document include men prisoners of Auschwitz III - Monowitz (Buna), employed in the construction of synthetic rubber factory, who due to illness or accident were taken to the camp hospital. In the result of a horrible condition of work many inmates were sent to the hospital.
This document contens following fields: ("LFD. Nr." - Laufend Nummer), prisoner number ("Häftl. Nr." - Häftling Nummer), name ("Name"), date of arrival to the hospital ("Zugang"), date of departure from the hospital ("Abgang"), attention ("Bemerkungen"). To fill the last rows writer often used a stamp that says "entlassen," which meant the prisoner release from the hospital to the camp.
