In this letter Leonard Wessel is explaining to the Dutch authorities that he is already paying a monthly contribution for his cousin or nephew Gert Heyman (born April 3rd, 1929) which is why he cannot sign a contract that they have just asked him to sign, in which he commits himself to paying for Gert's stay in the Netherlands.
