Flora Smeer was a daughter of ((530661|Levie Smeer and Grietje Bromet. She married 21 Febuary 1929 in Amsterdam to Levie Peper, a son of Mozes Peper and Klaartje de Vries. The couple had one child.
Also an unmarried brother Israel lived in with Flora and Levie.
Flora Smeer was born in a family with eight children, of whom the last born baby only lived 1 day. Her other siblings were Sara, Sientje, Rozetta, Hendrika, Israel en Aron. They too were killed during the Holocaust.
