Aleida Sachs was the daughter of Jacques Lehman Sachs and Rebecca de Jonge. She got married to Abraham Braaf in Vlagtwedde on 26 november 1884. He died in 1939. The couple had at least eight children, among who: Rudolf, Simon, Jacques Löehmann, Benjamin, Rebekka Sophia and Hartog.
