Jacob Wertheim was a son of 534917 and Grietje van Cleef. He married in Amsterdam on 14 May 1908 to Emilia de Vos, daughter of Jochem de Vos and Henriette Hartogsohn.
Jacob's siblings were Heintje (who passed away in July 1930), 508228, 530252, Goedje (married to 478770 but passed away already in June 1938), 537276, 518940, 504679, Marcus who died only one year old in 1899 and Maurits, who died as a baby of 3 months old.
